    Project Healthy Bones Project Healthy Bones is an exercise and educational program for seniors designed to prevent and slow the development of osteoporosis. The program is led by trained Peer Leaders. To sign up, please attend a Monday group to observe. From there, you will be given a registration form. This form needs to be signed by your physician in order to actively participate in the program.

Purpose


The Senior Citizens Department provides to the public, and to the senior citizen population in particular, information on aspects of aging; identifies the needs of senior residents and explores the options for meeting those needs; and develops and coordinates programs for seniors.

Hours


Office hours are M-F, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm unless otherwise noted.
