"File of Life" cards available through Health Department.
The Township of Millburn Health Department is introducing a new "File of Life" program. Residents of the Township can come to the Health Department during normal business hours to pick up a "File of Life" card and magnetic holder. This card will contain medical history, allergies and any medications being taken and placed on your refridgerator. This will help you or emergency personnel better respond to a life threatening situation. If you are interested in obtaining a "File of Life" card, please stop by Town Hall between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Customer Service counter.
