As of today, April 15th, residents will have the capability to log on to the Township of Millburn's new Request Partner system.  This system will allow the community to enter in requests for services or complaints.  The requests will then be routed directly to the department responsible for the request or complaint.  By clicking on the link below you will be directed to the web page that hosts the Township of Millburn's request partner system.

To log on to Request Partner for the first time you must click on the link that says "Not Registered?  Click Here to Register".  You will then be prompted to enter in pertinent information to facilitate in the management of your request or complaint.  Please fill in all the required fields.  This information will be used only for the purpose of managing the citizen's request and alerting them of the status or contacting them for further information. 

Once you have logged on to the system you will be able to view frequently asked questions for various areas that requests or complaints may occur.  This will help answer any questions that the individual may have and save them putting in a full blown request or complaint.  If a request is necessary, click on the "Make a Request" tab and search for the topic that may contain a form for your request.  More instructions will be attached shortly.

 Please keep in mind that this will be an ever evolving system, and will be continuously updated to better serve the Township of Millburn community.  Request forms and frequently asked questions will be added as the need arises.  Thank you for your participation and cooperation with this new endeavor.
