Zoning Code Examination Subcommittee

Purpose

The Zoning Code Examination Subcommittee works to offer recommendations to the Township Committee outlining  proposed action as it relates to amending the Zoning Code.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Zoning Code Examination Subcommittee is to evaluate the current Zoning Code of the Township of Millburn and reflect on the current needs of the Township while maintaining objectives of the Master Plan.

These individuals shall serve until the later of the following: conclusion of the project and delivery of a final product to the Township Committee, unless a vacancy shall occur by virtue of a person leaving office or being otherwise unable to serve, in which event, the Township Committee shall appoint a substitute.
