(8/12):   Starting on Monday, contractors have saw cut the concrete pavement to create a clean joint between the basalt pavers and the concrete pavement in an effort to keep in place the decorative stone. On Thursday, substantial demolition began to jackhammer out the raised concrete parking and remove all debris on the south side of Millburn Avenue (Hagen Daaz). We anticipate that the entire south side of Millburn Avenue will be demoed by close of business Thursday (8/12). Additional updates will be provided weekly on the progress of the project or any significant changes that may occur.

Reminder: Street parking is suspended along Millburn Avenue due to the removal of the raised parking spaces (known as flex parking), and will remain closed while the removal project takes place.

The temporary closure of street parking along Millburn Avenue is at the recommendation of the Millburn Traffic Bureau, Contractor and Construction Management team to help alleviate traffic and increase safety in the construction area.
