Next Monday, June 17 NJ Transit's weekday service adjustments will go into effect through Friday, September 6. A number of Morris & Essex line trains will be impacted by service changes.

Please be advised that NJ Transit has announced weekday transit service changes between Monday, June 17 and Friday, September 6, to accommodate Amtrak track repair and renewal at Penn Station New York. Temporary service adjustments will affect the Montclair-Boonton, New Jersey Coast and Morris & Essex lines.
Planned M & E adjustments include Midtown Direct trains skipping Newark Broad Street station during the morning and evening peak periods, and a limited number of Midtown Direct reverse-peak trains operating out of Hoboken.
