The Millburn Police Department is seeking public comment as part of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police accreditation program. Residents are invited to offer comment on Sunday, November 17 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. by calling (973) 951-3304 or submitting e-mail comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As part of the accreditation program, a team of assessors from the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police will arrive at Millburn Police HQ on November 17 to examine the department's policies and procedures, management, operations, and support services. Public comment is open as part of this final on-site assessment.
Telephone comments are limited to 5 minutes and must address the agency’s ability to comply with the NJSACOP standards. A copy of the standards is available for inspection at the Millburn Police Department, 435 Essex Street, Millburn, NJ 07041.
